The hydraulic oscillator takes the drilling fluid as the power source, converts the liquid energy into mechanical energy, and transmits it to the dynamic valve plate of the flow valve assembly through the cardan shaft assembly, so that the flow holes of the dynamic valve plate and the static valve plate are interleaved with each other, resulting in changes in the flow area. Each small change in the action will produce a corresponding continuous change in the hydraulic surge or depressurization wave at the valve shaft assembly. The pressure of the water blow booster or step-down wave acts on the piston of the pressure damping assembly. The resulting gentle downward force is applied to the bit as bit weight, forcing the bit to break rock into the formation and increasing the rate of penetration. The main specifications of dynamic and static valves are: 73, 127, 172, 203, etc., which can be made according to customer requirements.
